The P90 Pear

Yep, I bought into the P90X System and I actually like it.
I am still a pear.

I have been getting up at 5:30 every morning 6 days a week for 5 weeks now to get through the P90X system. It is 12 week program. I am noticing changes and it feels good. I can always tone up my arms so easily. This has been the biggest difference in my body shape.
So a pair of "guns" for this pear!

I am talking about a dvd series that works every part of your body. It is a 90 day program working out 6 days a week! So it is intense...but I have enjoyed it. I still run about twice a week, though because it isn't really intensive cardio like I am used to.
